Cancellation & Modification
If you change your mind about your purchase, please send an email to support@flamingoaholic.com with your order number and the modification you would like to make.

Timeframe: Your order is only eligible to be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be altered.

Personalized Orders: These are locked for processing immediately after completion, so adjustments are not possible. Please double-check all details before finalizing your order.

Holiday Note: During peak seasons, modifications may delay delivery as we must coordinate changes with our manufacturing partners.
Replacement & Refund Policy
Because our products are custom printed and made-to-order, we do not support traditional returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a "No-Return-Needed" replacement or refund for major issues.
Eligible Reasons (within 30 days of delivery):

The product arrived damaged, broken, or defective.

The print quality is blurry or significantly different from our website.

You received the wrong design, color, or size compared to your order.

Personalized Details: We are not responsible for misspelled names or poor-quality photos provided by the customer.

Color Variation: Advertised images may differ slightly (approx. 20%) from the actual item due to professional lighting during photo shoots or monitor displays.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Replacements in these cases will not be free of charge.
How to Claim Your Replacement or Refund
To start the process, please contact our Customer Support team with the following:

Clear photos or a video of the faulty product.

For printing or placement issues: Please include a photo with a measuring tape/ruler to show the discrepancy.

For damaged items: Please include a photo of the received package's shipping label.
The Best Part: If your claim is approved, you do not need to ship the item back to our international warehouse. You may keep the product at your disposal while we process your full refund or send a free replacement.
Refund Timeframe
Once approved, refunds are applied to your original payment method:
